Mini Merc Toddler Car Broken

Does anyone know where I could take one of these to be fixed. It was a present for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and she’s nearly 4, only used it twice. The charger doesn’t seem to be charging it, we’ve tried several. I don’t really have the skills to take it apart and fault find, so would like to pay for someone to look and try to fix. But where??? Thank you

Maybe a appliance shop who do general electrics like hoovers and dishwasher repairs?

Where did you get it from? My son has one but if the battery isn’t used regularly, you’re supposed to remove it or it’ll need replacing basically. We left it for ages and now it needs a new battery which we can buy as a spare part from their website. If she’s only used it twice in nearly a year, maybe it’s the same for hers too.
