Hello, hoping someone can give me some recommendations for toys / activities I can get for my very high energy (possibly early signs of ADHD) 15 month old. She doesn’t sit still for more than a minute with her current toys.
She isn’t interested in sorted shapes or putting balls in tubs etc anything like that she just isn’t getting when I try and teach her, she just wants to run around - which is fine but I run out of energy very quickly as I’m 5 months pregnant so need some help please! Thank you!

Something she can climb if you have space? Various containers (metals, different plastics) and wooden spoons she can whack. Different coloured balls some that can rattle or squeak. Sit back, relax, throw and shout fetch ( if you have my sense I'd humour. Or go get that for mummy if you are proper 😂).silly voices help. At times throwing many in quick succession and watch her run around figuring out which one to pick. Take her for walks. Longish ones.
Lots of sensory things you can male ( what do you already have).

Speed track? You set it up and then hand her cars one by one from the sofa. Also hide and seek with her animals - you hide 20 animals around the room and sit and watch her find them. Been in exactly your position! It gets easier...
