Garden toys - help me decide!

We have a just turned 2 year old. Probably will have a second child in a year or two’s time (🤞).
Currently in the garden we have the smallest little tikes slide, a water table and a sandpit. They are all super popular!
We went to a friend’s house and they had a little tikes cube climbing frame, which was loads of fun - considering getting one. But have fallen down a rabbit hole of other options and can’t decide what is best… we could get more than one of these:

little tikes cube
bigger little tikes slide
tp explorer climbing frame (probs not with slide yet as we’d have it on the lower level)
wooden playhouse
mud kitchen
pop-up tent/teepee

Which Would you rate most highly? Obviously some would last longer than others but happy to upgrade in future. Our garden is not very big which is why I haven’t considered any of the wooden climbing frames.

We got D's a wooden play house with slide for his 4th Xmas and it's still going strong at nearly 7. It's got a space below which I had ideas of turning into a sand pit or mud kitchen, though I actuality it's where I bung all of the loose garden toys, but it's an option!
