Yoto or Tonie Box?

Hi all, I'm thinking of getting my 4.5 year old a yoto or Tonie box for Christmas. Are either of them any good? She often wakes in the night and then wakes us up so I wondered if this might keep her occupied. And also, help her start to go to bed without us lying with her. I thought I'd take advantage of the Black Friday sales and get one this weekend but would love others feedback first. Thanks!

Yoto. 💯 We have both. Got the Tonie for our then 2yo and then the yoto for our then 6yo. Would just get yotos if we had the time again. So much more choice in the cards, easier to use and will suit an older child better for longer.

Yoto without a doubt. They have a much bigger collection of cards and content and it's more likely to grow with your child. Anyone I know who has brought a tonie box has been looking to replace it with a yoto once their child gets to about 5 or 6 and sometimes before that. Simply put they are both good but the yoto player has much greater longevity.

Definitely Yoto! It’s got much more to it, and goes up to a higher age

Posted twice.

Thanks so much all. And do you find they get used a lot? (Enough to justify the price?).

DS has had his for almost 3 years now, since he was 2 and it still gets used most days. Definitely the best value present he's had.

Thanks all. You've persuaded me. I'm excited to give it to her now (and hopefully get a bit more sleep 😂)
