Has anyone got one of these: https://uk.growplaymonkeybars.com/collections/backyard-monkey-bars/products/the-adventurer-au?variant=41445527715980
I have 3 very active and adventurous boys and had been looking at wooden climbing frames from TP toys or Dunsterhouse when I came across this. It’s less attractive but looks like it might last longer, is strong enough for adults (DH is a big child too!) and can be added to. It is a lot of money though so I’d be keen to hear from anyone who has one already. Thanks!

LARGE FRAME

The Large Frame includes over 10 exciting and challenging features as standard. Plus, with endless fun accessories to add on, you can customise your frame into your child's dream playground.

Hey @Panamanian

I haven't seen the ones that you mention. However, I have heard from a number of people about the BERG Playbase units.

Have you seen them? You can get climbing walls, climbing nets, basketball hoops, swings and workout add-ons for adults.

They are very sturdy and look great in a matt black finish.

Here is the Large One in black. There are loads of add-ons for it.

We bought one in the Spring so can’t comment on longevity but it’s like catnip for kids. Every child who comes to the house is on it in an instant and my children are always on it. They love it and they use it everyday (more than any of their toys) so I am really happy with that aspect.

Personally I find it quite ugly but it has so many features the wooden frames don’t have so it was an easy choice to make and hopefully being made of metal there will be some resale value when it comes to passing it on.

We've got one and all my dc use it most days (aged 18, 16, 13, 11 and 10). The 13 year old is always on it. Even I've been on it a few times! It's expensive but worth it I think.
