Mayor humdinger

Please help!! I cannot find a mayor humdinger figure from paw patrol. Well I can but only for £50 upwards pre-owned.
My Dd 4 needs a villain for her games.
I'd be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Not sure if it helps or how precise it would be for what she needs but my DD has an ELC happyland figure who we call mayor humdinger because he looks a bit like him.

You can buy him on ebay as part of a set for around £5

If you painted his jacket, trousers and hat purple even more so?

He's got a moustache so he's almost perfect.
I can't believe humdinger is so expensive.
