I am looking at making a pass the parcel for my daughters party , gifts for the inner layers are fine but am looking for something special for the center piece , it must be unisex and for ages 5yrs upwards , does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for a wow present

Or magic colour-changing felt tip pens! Always good

What type of families are you catering for? Posh and well Todo prep parents spending £100s on parties or from the local state school. Not that one deserves better than the other but you have to be aware of not putting other people's noses out if you make it too extravagant or special and other parents can't reciprocate.
The Argos 2 for £x always went down well and you get two gifts to play with or packets of space food are a good novelty.

Yes nothing more than a single wrapped sweet/small lolly or stickers between each layer and something like a puzzle book or a ball in the middle. Felt tips as suggested by a pp is a fab idea.

Don’t do a wow present. It will cause massive issues.

A Lego set. One of the £9 ish ones. Classic or Creator theme (yellow boxes).
There's a cute dragon out at the moment which I imagine both boys and girls will like.
Or if on a cheaper theme......
Packet of the colour change felt tips and matching colouring book.
