Lego storage?

We've suddenly acquired quite a few boxes of lego, but they're still just in the boxes they came in. I can't work out the best way to store them all together, a tool box? A toy box? Something else? Any suggestions from experienced lego owners?

Absolutely brilliant - big enough that DS sits inside the bag to play and then just pulls the drawstrings together to tidy it away again.
