My mum wants to get a rocking horse for the DGGD for Xmas and I'm charged with tracking one down (my elderly mum doesn't get out to the shops much, or use the internet).
I'm struggling. The little one is a fairly chunky 15 month-er. I don't want to get the smallest horse as she'll grow out of that too quickly. Neither do I want to get a biggie. There's one at the playgroup that measures about 75cm to the top of its head and I think that would be a good size but can I find one?
It needs to look something like a horse (no unicorns, llamas, unidentifiable pink creatures with megaeyes etc). And to be on rockers like a rocking chair, rather than to-and-fro rails.
Can anyone suggest a suitable source? Has anyone got one that they would recommend or NOT recommend?
