Magnet tiles

Hi all- can anyone recommend a Magnet tiles set? I’ve googled and there seems to be lots of options.
DS has just turned 2 and I was thinking of these for him for Xmas from family. Would he be too young? If not is there a particular set which are a good option to start with and then we can add to later? I’m aware some brands aren’t compatible with one another so don’t want to suggest the wrong set. Thanks

I might be wrong, but I think Connectix is the most high end one? Much more expensive than other brands though. But I have no experience with it.

What I've got for my DS (who's 2.5) is this one: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07MGYKZ36/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?psc=1&tag=mumsnetforu03-21&ie=UTF8

He played with them obsessively for weeks. I feel I would need to hide it away for a while to encourage him to play with other things. But these tiles are really well made. Because it has 57 pieces, it does allow abundant possibilities to build different things. Embarrassingly, my 9 years old also spent hours with these tiles!

But this is our first set. So I don't know anything about compatibility.
