Nautical ideas

Any ideas for a 5th birthday boy who's into all things sea and ocean-related? Not my DS, he's had a rubbish time lately with family illness and bereavement so I'd really like to get him something special. I've had a look on Amazon but it's hard when you don't know what to search for

Would a PlayMobile or Lego boat be too obvious?

The RNLI online shop has some things which might appeal, I like the look of this

We love the book 'Magic Beach' - gorgeous rhyme and illustrations. Also The Lighthouse Keeper series, or Pugwash the Sailor

Gisela Graham used to have nice book ends and mobiles in a nautical theme

Someone bought my ds a little tin of wooden toys to create his own harbour - he loved it! Might be this www.jarrold.co.uk/departments/art-and-craft/childrens-craft/apples-to-pears-fishing-port-in-a-tin
