Keepsakes for 3 year old

Each year I like to buy my DD a birthday gift that she can keep - hopefully forever like a really nice teddy that costs a bit extra etc etc

Looking for suggestions for her 3rd birthday...I was thinking a doll house but wanted a really nice one that she might give to her little ones one day...
