Dolls House or Play Kitchen

2.5 yo DD has a play kitchen, which she does play with sometimes. I've been offered a very sweet dolls house for her, but I don't have room for both. From experience which do you think a well developed 2.5 yo would get most use from? TIA

Play kitchen definitely
I have 5 kids and we had both at various points, the play kitchen got a lot more action
She might like a dolls house when she's older as they can be more fiddly
