Anyone use a GPS tracker on their child?

Can anyone give me recommendations for a reliable GPS tracker for my child to wear please?

It's not wearable, but we use the Life360 on our phones. It's whole family tracking, so at any given time DH, myself or our two teenagers can open the app and see where all four if us are at that moment and where we've been that day.
