How can I get rid of the crusty bits holding the bottom of the new my little pony hair together? I understand it’s there to hold the hair together so it looks neat in he box, but my little girl likes to brush their hair. I bought her six old style MLPS for a Christmas Eve present and they are all like this. When she brushes the new hair these hard bits turn into crusty sticky flakes all stuck to the hair!!! Help! X
