Got a vtech digigo for my dd birthday. Did the whole set up/download/ blah blah blah gave it to my dd to play with and 10 minutes into playing with it it froze.cannot turn on/off either and is just making a chirping noise.called vtech helpline and they are closed until Monday 
any one on here dealt with this and have any advice?
