Trumpet recommendations for 17mo

Hi all,
I'm looking for suggestions for a toy trumpet / recorder / penny whistle for my 17mo.
I'd like an instrument that plays a sound when you blow into it, rather than one where you press a button to make a sound.
Max budget £10 - preferably something half that!

Spend two quid on a tin whistle abs the rest on ear plugs for yourself.

Ambi toys do a lovely little one-my nearly four years old still gets his out and deafens us now and again and he had it from about that age.

Give it time. The first relative or friend you piss off will buy one. Later it will be a recorder.

Hmmm. Had not considered the noise / annoyance factor... but I play the bagpipes so I reckon I'll be ok. Thanks for the link!
