It's rubbish isn't it. Doesn't work. V disappointing.

Damn it, was I the only one conned?

We have one it works ok I am not saying it is exactly like the machine. It took a couple of goes though to get it right.

Any tips?

You need to freeze overnight then add the drink and squeeze. The first couple of times I don't think it was frozen enough. Hope that helps.

Ours works well. We use syrup from Amazon. It has to properly freeze though ? And the kids will keep opening the door to check which makes it take longer)
