Can anyone advise me please? For a grown up 3 year old girl. Which one will last ame be well played with?

I've just got some of my old playmobile sets down from my mums loft for my DS to play with, so I think it's pretty indestructible.

No idea how good the wooden house is, but one of the playmobile houses has a doorbell that rings and a toilet that makes a flushing noise which my DS loves.

Thanks, I think I'm swaying towards playmobil for play value.

I can recommend the Playmobil mansion. You could purchase the basic one and then as she grows up and continues to play with it, purchase an extra floor and the lighting sets etc. my DD's are 5 & 8 and play with it loads. Some many of their other Playmobil bits have been incorporated into it as we have a swimming pool in the garden part and a campsite outside the gates!
My youngest did have a wooden dollhouse for her 4th birthday but she never played with it. Possibly because she couldn't manipulate their limbs well and they couldn't hold stuff. Also found that although the house was furnished, it didn't have the small items that she could then role play with as well as she can with Playmobil.
