DS will be 5 this summer & we would like to get him a new scooter to replace his cheap & crap mini micro imitation.
He has always struggled to steer it, stops & lifts it when he wants to change direction & plods along pretty steadily on it - no whizzing here. Not sure if its just that he hasn't mastered it properly (he is cautious by nature) or just that being cheap its not really up to the job (doesnt seem to tilt much).
Anyway, want to get a decent one that will actually work, & last. As he'll be 5 seems little point in getting mini micro, so wondered about going straight for a 2 wheeler micro sprite. Will steer much easier, but will require more balance. Is this a bad idea given he's cautious & not so good on the scooter he's got?
I know we could get a maxi micro but his steering issues puts me off.
