Tikkers watch guarantee

Hello, my son got a Tikkers watch for Christmas, it's already stopped working. I can't find the box. Has anyone out there got the guarantee and contact details please (nothing comes up in google!) Thank you!

where did you get it from as your contract is with that retailer

Thanks dementedpixie but it was a gift. I was hoping to avoid going back to the person who gave it to him.
