Paint with brush in lid

I'm trying to find some paints which have a brush in the lid (like nail varnish). DD (3)loves painting her sisters nail varnish everywhere including onto paper and I thought that if I could get paints that were similar she would be content. ( and big sister!)
So far googling has come up with nothing- has anyone seen anything similar or am I bring too optimistic?

I suspect this would only work with nail varnish because of all the solvent which stops the paint drying up and crusting onto the brush. Normal/toddler paints wouldn't work as the paint would dry onto the brush?

I may be wrong though!
