Toot toot drivers

Hey all I'm about to become a dad to a 11 month old was thinking of getting him toot toot drivers for his first birthday

What do we think about them

My ds (now 16mo) got some for Christmas. They are far and away his favourite toy. They make annoying noises though!!

They're fine, but he'll probably play more with the box they come in

They're about the right size to bash things with.

A box to play with and something to hammer the tv set with.

Just what every 11 month old wants.

(I'm not even joking!)

My DS was given his first toot toot cars for his first birthday. He's now 2.5 and still loves them.

Also as I'm new to this what does DS mean?

oh, it means son.

it's fairly common internet speak.

In most forums it means darling. so darling son, darling husband, darling sister etc

here it is never darling. at a push it means dear. sometimes damned, dratted, dastardly...

or you can be like me and a few other D haters and just type son. husband. daughter. sister.

DS means dear son. The airport one is a bit rubbish in my opinion my DD rarely goes near it but she loves the garage. Be warned though the songs and sayings are annoying if you can't tune them out.

N found a toot toot police station being close to my job he can have that one :)

The airport is terrible, the track comes apart all the time.
