Mine both loved 'take along' might have been renamed now though.

We bought it for DS1 from him 18months old. The die cast trains are fab, and are pocket money prices.
I preferred the look of the Brio Thomas ones but the trains were double the price.

I have just this weekend thinned them down to one small box if track and engines as my youngest almost 5 has stopped playing with them. End of an era! My mindees will continue to enjoy them though.

thanks for your reply, its take n play thomas now and it does look the best range for his age. not cheap though! a lot of the trains are nearly 10 pounds each.

When my youngest collected them they were about 4.99-6.99 and frequently on offer.
The wooden ones were 10-15 each.
