Anyone know about Monster High Dolls ? Halloween ….???

My SIL has said her daughter wants a Monster High Doll - particularly Halloween…

I'm a bit confused, is Halloween a character, or is it a style of doll ?

Google reckons various Monster High dolls come with Halloween outfits. I'd ask which particular doll.
