Alternative to Girls World?

Hi,
I'm looking for recommendations please for my DD (5), for Christmas.
She would like a doll's head type thing, that she can 'make-over' - so do the hair, make-up etc.
I've heard bad reports about Girls World - can any recommend an alternative please?

If she is into princesses, the entertainer had a deluxe rapunzel which apparently her hair grows(!) according to my dd, she could be wrong though.
Also you can change her nail varnish and eye shadow , though this is done with water rather than make up. Think it's half price at the minute down to £20.
