I need to dress a cabbage patch doll

I have gotten [myself] DD a cabbage patch doll exactly the same as I had when I was a child.

Unfortunately she is naked! Do only cabbage patch clothes fit or do other brands fit? I have tried some of her old baby clothes but they are too big.

Ikea do baby dolls and nice clothes which are roughly Cabbage Patch sized. All sorts, from pyjamas and dresses to raincoats. :)
