Does anyone remember this toy car?

Hi, my brother had a toy car when he was little that you could take the wheels on and off. It had a spanner, if I remember rightly and I think it was by Tomy? I've looked everywhere for something similar for my nephiew. I know he'd love it. If anyone remembers what it's called, that would help me find one.

Oh and when you pulled it back, it went forwards. My brother used to call it his "wheels off car"

I don't know that one but ELC do a range you can build yourself that definitely includes a racing car.
