Recommendations on childrens play kitchens?

Good morning all! Hope You are all well.

I'm currently looking at buying a play kitchen for my little un, shes after one for her birthday.

Browsing around the net there's soo much choice between wooden, or plastic kitchens we don't know where to start.

Do children really enjoy using these or will the excitement wear off in a matter of weeks? Shes adamant that she wants to be like her mum and have her own toy kitchen.

£200 sounds like a lot to spend on something that may just be sat at the back of the lounge getting under the feet....

Any sources or personal experiences would be much appreciated. SmileSmile

Cheers
Dayle

I really liked the wooden ones, mostly because I didn't want a big bright plastic thing dominating our living room. Grin

Have you looked at the ikea one? Much cheaper than a lot of the wooden ones, it's a decent size (so longer term play value) without being too big and it's much raved about on here!
