Sylvanian help

I can't decide which sylvanian house to get dd1(8). Dd2(6) has Beechwood Hall which she loves. Dd1 has been asking for a house, but doesn't know which one.

So, which is better Oakwood Manor, Highfields Farm or the Hotel? I can't decide. I quite like the look of the farm. Also, looked at the Tree house at Toys r us.

I wondered about the school to share, but it doesn't look as if there is much to it.

The treehouse and log cabin interlink. dd has the school and loves it.

I think I might go for the farm as it's £39.99 at Smyths! I might get the school for them to share.

We have the Toys R Us treehouse-it is fab.V sturdy but big.Lots of nooks and crannies. The treehouse and log cabin thing is just a wendy house.
