I wanted to recommend to you the board books written by Sandra Boynton. They are printed around 2006 so you might have to hunt for them in the bookshop, but they are brilliant. Snuggle Puppy is still loved by my daughter who is nearly 5, and we have been reading it to her for 4 years. You can download the song too, sung by Eric Stolz, and another book "your personal penguin' has it's own song sung by Davy Jones of the Monkees. She has dvd's of children's songs sung by Natasha Richardson and Meryl Streep, and books that have the stories, and cd and the sheet music. There is even an app of Moo Baa LaLaLa, which is really good too. I love how you can read the books with their funny pictures and cute stories and listen to the really cool music.
