DD aged 15 is asking for one of these and i`ve had a look on amazon and there does seem to be a wide range of deals and prices.
Can anyone recommend a fair deal / price etc .
Cheers

Sainsbury's are doing a good offer which includes the kinect aswell and a game (or they were, cos i was tempted to get myself one, i used to play my husbands before we split.) If you go on teh sainsbury's tesco and asda websites you may well find some good prices

We're looking at buying DS2 one (he is 16). The one I want is the 360 Kinect 250GB. The price is much better on Amazon than in Sainsbury. Sainsbury claim that they're doing 25% off, but their price is still about £30 more than Amazon.

Don't bother with Kinect.

That's the first time I've heard anyone not recommend the Kinect. We don't have one ourselves, but the DC's want one because they've had so much fun with their friends who have the x-box with Kinect. They want one so badly, they're even willing to earn and save their own money for it, andtotally against their usual selveskeep offering to dust and clean things, and are keeping their room spotless to earn money.

There have been quite a few rumblings in the tech world that the X-box 720 will be out soon, and that there will be a upgraded, more sensitive Kinect coming out shortly, too, so I'm waiting to see what happens with those before I look into getting one for my DC's. (They're quite a bit younger than your DD, so they can wait.)

Kinect is for drunken parties, other then that it's useless and pointless.
