Garage for a 4yr old?

Ladies help I have been looking at garages for my 4 yr old and am now overwhelmed, any recommendations? Thanks

Don't know if it's any help but after looking at lots of different garages (most of which seem to have mixed reviews) we're going for the Le Toy Grand Garage because it's the one DS (3 1/2) likes most. When I've casually pointed out other garages online etc he tells me they're rubbish!
