I'm sure many parents are aware of orchard toys and their excellent range of games, but I would like to highlight their excellent customer service as well. DH recently dropped my DD1's favourite game 'dotty dinosaurs' and despite turning the room upside down we have been unable to find the pair of dice that fell out. Thought we would have to buy a brand new game but emailed them on the off chance that they could just sell us some new dice and Christine posted some to us FREE OF CHARGE 
. Very impressed as most companies seem to get things wrong even when you are paying them but the correct dice arrived today with no invoice even for the postage. So if your stuck for a present idea, think Orchard Toys, I think they deserve your custom. Orchard Toys if you are reading this give yourselves and Christine a pat on the back
