WheelyBug, any good for a 3 year old?

Hi I want to get dd a wheelybug for her first birthday and then saw the large bugs start at 3 years + I am just wondering if the large bug would be good for ds, he will be 3.6 when we get it. I dont want it to not last for very long as it is quite expensive when buying two :) Ds is a small 3 year old, still in 18-23 months trousers.
TIA

My DS is quite a small 3.8yo as well and he loves the wheelybug that they have at playgroup but I don't know that he'd be too bothered about having one at home. They are fab though!

Thanks, I know ds will be jealous if dd has one, and he will just try and hog hers Grin

I'd go for the bigger wheelybug. I've got both the small and large one. My 20 months manages the larger one just fine. I think your DD at 12 months might fall off the smaller one any way. I think about 16 months plus is a better age for them to start using them.

My 8 yo uses ours still, so you'll get plenty of use out of it
