Something to keep 6mo in one place

I'm thinking about getting a toy to (ahem) 'contain' my 6mo DD. At the moment I have to sit her in her Bumbo if I want to go to the loo or turn my back for more than 3 seconds. We thought about getting a prison play pen, but thought maybe it was about time she had one of those fancy toys with buttons to press that drive your parents nuts make noises. Maybe something she could sit in?
Any recommendations?

Jumperoo?

Mind you DS hated his. But other peoples' babies seem to love them.

entertainment centre, definitely! Baby sits in the middle and loads to occupy around him/her. Get one with a bit of a tray effect on the ring so you can place novel toys on there to keep dc engaged Grin. This was a lifesaver for many, many months. Even when DS could crawl and cruise and was starting to walk, it would be helpful for when I wanted a shower and was alone with him - i just put it directly outside the bathroom door with the door open... there were other times when it was helpful as well.

he wouldn't stay in it for too long, though, but it did the job for when I needed it and kept him safe and happy! :)
