Can anyone recommend good CDs of action rhymes for a toddler group?

I need something where the songs are quite short and clear and have obvious actions such as 'If You're Happy and You Know It'

How about the Tumble Tots ones? Anyone know if they are good?

Thanks

I can highly recommend Funky nursery rhymes: Big songs for Little ones. Very upbeat & lit will definitely be enjoyed by the adults too.
Depending on how short you want the songs to be, Jolly Songs (Jolly Phonics) are really catchy too & each letter comes with an action. The songs are REALLY short though.
