Which swing / climbing frame / den combination?

We're thinking of getting a climbing frame for our daughters, currently 4.5 and 5 months. Since there's quite a big age gap, we're keen to make sure we choose something that will still be interesting to the older one by the time the littley is old enough for it. We're looking at the TP Activity Forest Tower www.toysrus.co.uk/Toys-R-Us/Outdoor-and-Sports/Playcentres/TP-Activity-Forest-Tower-%280076658%29 , the Jungle Gym Castle with the swing www.gardenplayareas.co.uk/page4.htm or maybe the Plum Uakari set www.toysrus.co.uk/Toys-R-Us/Outdoor-and-Sports/Playcentres/Plum-Uakari-Playcentre%280083891%29 although this doesn't have a den, and we think that might turn out to be the most attractive element of it. Does anyone have any experience of any of these, or any advice as to what might last the longest? Are they sturdy enough for adults to swing too? At what age do kids stop wanting to play with stuff like this? Can anyone suggest anything better? We don't have a huge amount of space. Thanks!
