My DS has recently had his 2nd birthday and I have some money to buy him toys. We live in a small house so cannot have anything too big. Any suggestions what I should buy him?

Duplo bricks are always popular, or Sticklebricks.

Mine love:

Lego Duplo
Wooden train set (Tesco or Ikea do a good starter set)
Playdoh
Toy postbox/microwave/kitchen etc
Anything with wheels!

My DS is 2.6 and loves:

Wooden train set
Jigsaws (he got a few of those 4 in a box type ones at Christmas and plays with them constantly)
Anything related to Thomas the tank engine
Easel (you can get some that fold down when not in use)
Mr potato head
Postman pat vehicles/figures

He rarely watches postman pat or Thomas btw, but he does love the toys!

Oh, and it's gone out of favour a bit just now as he's obsesses with his presents from Santa, but around his birthday happyland from elc was a big hit.

HTH.
