I'm thinking about buying a trunki for my 4 year old, for our trip to Florida in may. I was wondering if anyone could tell me roughly how many clothes you could get into it, as i am wondering if it could be used for our frequent trips to grandmas for the weekend. I would appreaciate the advice. x

I could pack enough clothes for my 3year old for a weekend I reckon? They have them in larger boots and John Lewis if you want to have a look?

In DS's Trunki we get...

4 x trousers
4 x tops
4 x pyjamas
4 x pants
4 x pairs of socks
4 x pyjama pants

and probably a couple of books.

I just got one for DD as it is small enouh for cabin luggage. She loves it! Get it on amazon though - I saved a tenner off the shop price.

We can pack enough clothes in it for 4 yo DS for a week's holiday.

They are bloody fab and I'm so glad the Dragon's Den bloodsuckers didn't get their fangs into the company.

Do you think its worth buying the insert bag?

Can get enough clothes for a week for DS who is a tall 4 year old. Regardless of how much stuff you can get crammed in, it's the fact that he will sit on it and happily be hauled through the airport (whilst I pull him, push a buggy and carry my bag) and not go racing off in the opposite direction makes it worth it's weight in gold. (Worth factoring into the cost is how much it costs to put a bag in the hold if you travel budget airlines)
