Mini or Maxi micro scooter

.. for DS1 who is 4.7. I am torn between getting 2 mini micros (also have 2 year old DS2) so that we have no jealousy issues but am a bit worried that a mini micro wont last long for a nearly 5 year old.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

I think I would go for a maxi for your 4.7 yo and mini for the 2 yo. We have the mini for my nearly 3 and it is fab - but I see lots of children around us slightly older with the Maxi and the extending handle does look good - I think for all that money you want it to last! Saying that my sister's DS who is just 6 wouldn't been seen dead on anything with 3 wheels only 2 will do!!

Thanks for that. I do want it to last which was why I was looking at the Maxi.
