Tiny dolls, removable heads

I need your help. My niece said she has some tiny dolls and I thought it'd be nice to get her more for her birthday next week. She described them as 1-3 inches tall (she kept changing the size with her hands) and the heads come off and can be swapped. Her favourite is called Chloe. Does that mean anything to anyone? Do you know what they are and if I can still buy them? Thanks!!

Betty Spaghetti? Or Polly Pocket?
My dd has some Barbie Mini Bs which are small, but I don't think the heads coem off

Do the heads come off Betty Spaghetti or Polly Pocket? I think she said they're hard to get hold of now cos kids were fighting over them. I get the impression they swap more than just the heads - maybe costumes or limbs even?

Oooh, that pop n swap thing could be it. Are they very small? - that link just gives the box dimensions.
