Being sick everyday for 4 weeks

As the title says. Ive been sick everyday for the last 4 weeks, usually just a little. This time it was quite a bit. Not sure why I was sick as not eaten nice lunch time. I have a doctor's appointment on the 19th for something else. Do I wait till then and talk about it adding to a list of things I have to talk to them about or call 111 in the morning? I'm not pregnant. Pregnancy tests are negative so not sure why I'm being sick. Dont usually get stomach pains with the sickness and nausea but tonight I'm in a fair bit of pain right in the centre of my stomach.

It varies day to day. I don't eat and much fruit and veg as I should do. I have to be careful with how much fruit I have as it's an ibs trigger, same with too much bread and dairy. I eat small and often or used to now its just small meals or nothing as can't stomach much

I think you have to take sulfracate at least 30 mins after omeprazole,it's all online and you could ask your gp for the xray and scan results. You also suffer with us, I'd get allergy testing for food and keep a food diary.

Oh really, ive been taking it at the same time as thats what they did in hospital.

Food dairy is a good idea

It nay just say morning, before food or similar. Pharmacists are the experts, there are instructions inside the box, I'd double check,

This all sounds very strange.
OP I suggest you read the package inserts from all your medication. I am on omeprazole for reflux and it states clearly on the box that it should never be taken with gaviscon or similar antacid type drugs because the omeprazole will not be absorbed.

I just did a very quick google of sucralfate because I have never heard of it. The first thing that comes up is that it must be taken on an empty stomach, 2 hours before food and not with any other medication because it stops other meds being absorbed.

You seem to be wrongly being given or prescribed medication over and over again OP.

I have had stomach issues for years, some caused by hyperemesis, some due to infection, some due to damage caused by other medication. I have had 3 gastroscopies in recent years.
What I do know, from instructions from my consultant gastroenterologist, is that omeprazole is a once a day medication, taken first thing in the morning before food. It takes a few days to kick in, must be taken every day long term and absorption is key. They reduce acid production.
Antacid medication is usually taken at night, before lying down to sleep. They work by lining the stomach with a protective layer.
To me, taking all medications 4 times a day at the same time, makes no sense at all.
I agree with pp that you really need to speak to your gp to clarify all this.
