Glitch in the matrix?

GLITCH IN THE MATRIX
first i just want to say i didnt believe in this stuff..til now.

I bought a deodorant on monday and put it on my window ledge, Tuesday came to use it and its nowhere to be seen. I was annoyed but had to get on with my dad so used the end of the old one. Wednesday came, still couldnt find it, again i havent used all the old one so ill use that.
I searched everywhere, in the car, my bag, the floor, pulled the bed out, checked the kids hadnt took it, no where to be seen.
Friday night was date night so i showered after work, used the old one and again was annoyed because where is the new one, there had better be enough of the old one to use now, put the old one again back on the window ledge.
Saturday morning, grabbed the deodorant..BRAND NEW ONE.
Old one..no where to be seen, again not on the floor, not behind the bed. NO WHERE.

Now like i say i dont believe in this kind of stuff but HOW has that happened!?

Well obvious answers are a) you moved it and forgot, both times, or b) someone else moved them

If you're of sound mind and none of your kids/OH are pranking you, then I'd say some other entity is 🙂

Can i ask because im very new to feeling like this, what you mean by entity?
The bedroom im currently staying in is my mums old bedroom but she passed away 10 years ago

I mean some other "living energy" (dont like to use terms like spirit or ghost, but something of that nature).
Could have something to do with your mum, or nothing. Unfortunately you probably wont be able to get an answer there, but keep an eye out for other unusual occurrences.

Yeah, clear case of Occam's razor here: When you have two or more competing theories that explain an event equally well, you should choose the one that assumes the whole panorama of a fake universe overlaying the real one and capable of stuttering/distorting.
(Not the absurdly extravagant one one where you or your dad moved your deodorant.)

The logical explanations would be: you threw away the old one, absent-mindedy opened the new one and then assumed it was the old one.

Or - someone else picked it up, helped themselves, then when they realised you were looking for it, just quietly put it back where they found it.

I had a similar one recently. Working away from home and lost my room key. The key was on a huge red fob - unmissable. I looked everywhere, and as I was late for a meeting just had to leave the room unlocked. When I got back from the meeting, the key was lying on the bed, which had a pale cover, so instantly visible. No sign that a cleaner had been in - room exactly as I left it. Very weird.

Edited to say that the Occam's razor probability is that I had put my bag down on the bed on top of the key while I hunted for it, then realising I was running late, grabbed the bag under which the key had been sitting. But that's not how it seemed at the time.
