Does anyone want a tarot card pull?

I need to get my eye back in as I'm planning to get back in the swing of offering readings again in my local area.
I've been out of the loop for a couple of years, so I'm happy to do a few readings on here, because you'll be helping me just as much as I may be able to help you.
I should point out that my readings are not based on any psychic ability; I believe that each card contains multitudes and that normally a topic is discovered through back and forth during a reading, so forgive me if these seem a bit dry. If you could give me an area to focus on I'd be obliged, as with just a single card pull there's not always a huge amount to go on.
Let's limit it to the first 10 people and we'll see how we go.

@Tcsha Your question regarded your IVF treatment -stick or twist, as it were. I pulled the five of swords for you. It's a difficult card -all the fives are- and a traditional interpretation of it is of someone admitting defeat. They have gained in some ways, but lost in others. I always very much see this card as not just stopping a course of action, but knowing when to stop. Only you will know if you have it within you to take one path or another, and for how long.

I pulled another card for clarity and it was the 10 of wands -it is a card of someone who has carried a heavy burden for a long time. I always feel with this card that the person is desperately longing to put down their burden, but feels as though they must carry on and on. There's a finish line that they feel they must cross. If that feels like it may be you or your partner, please do have a discussion about each of your expectations. I don't feel that the cards can advise you more than that, nor would I want them to. @Dryshampoofordays I pulled 2 cards for you because I think yours is a complex question. Are you doing things right for your family? I pulled the 8 of cups, which is the card of knowing when to stop and walk away, even if that means hurting people. You know what is the best outcome, and you need to make those decisions, safe in the knowledge that you have everyone's best interests at heart. I do love a metaphor, and one that always springs to mind when I see this card is -you can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs. Will people be hurt at the decisions you make? Undoubtedly. Will they be angry and upset? Probably, yes. You're not ignoring people's feelings, you are trying to protect and help them.

The second card I pulled was the 3 of wands. I think this card is telling me that you already know what you are going to do. You have possibly already set wheels in motion to achieve your aims -you have shot the arrows out already and are just waiting to see where they fall, and if they hit their targets. I think you are a very canny woman. You didn't need the cards for this -try not to doubt your intuition again.

@bluebalou You asked about relationships, and I pulled the 6 of wands. This is the card of riding high on your successes -it is the card of popularity, of other people singing your praises. Ultimately, it is just about success. It's a YES card to simple questions.

The flip side of the card is one of ego. It can signify someone (not necessarily you) who is just a bit too puffed up and full of themselves. That is something to watch out for, both in ourselves, and in a potential partner. No one loves a show off!

I have also seen this card pop up sometimes when a choice has to be made. It can refer to the temptation to do the 'pick me' dance -and as we know on MN the advice is always to avoid that like the plague. It can also mean that you may have the pick of suitors -and if so -lucky you!

It's strange because I have never believed or been interested in Tarot, but I am loving reading the. OP 's replies and interpretations.

I understand that you are frustrated and would like an answer but I am working through everyone in order as best I can. Each reading is taking 10-15 minutes of my time, in between living my life, and while I am more than happy to do it because I love the practise it gives me and I genuinely love working with my cards, I do not love being hassled. I will come to you as quickly as I can. I expect I will not get to you any time soon as there are at least 40 people ahead of you who I haven't answered yet. At the rate I am going, that will be days.

You need to check your sense of entitlement. The OP is trying to do a nice (and free!) thing for strangers. Just wow.

I read it like entitled at first - but it could just be being factual ( getting lost in a sea of posts).
Some people are desperate for help rather than pushy/entitled.

Thank you! I’ve have always felt this burden of having to pretend I don’t care about having children and not being fussed either way. I find it hard to admit to myself that I do as I’ve been pretending for so long! I think we will give it a go. I need to stop pretending and find a new course of action, so will give it a shot!

@AndThereSheGoes AI will give you a basic understanding or an immediate scripted answer with Tarot, but to my mind there is much more comfort to be had knowing a real person with understanding and empathy has thought about your question and used intuition and experience to give an answer.

When I do a reading in person, I am able to see the individual's responses, talk to them, and discuss outcomes. Tarot shouldn't be about someone who sits and wants the answers all laid out for them; it should be a collaborative experience, a back-and-forth..

But yes, as AI becomes more powerful and learns more from us, and humankind becomes used to using AI for absolutely everything, it could well be a problem.

I’ve been working really hard to manage my own part in this and to support my husband who is dealing with something difficult in his own avoidant way. I have come to accept that I can only control myself, so I am focusing on counting my blessings and being the best mum I can be. I am much more content with the acceptance that even if things don’t work out between me and him, I still have everything I want and need. I’m not sure which way it will go, I would like us to come through the other side stronger but I know I will be more than ok either way. So your reading was so accurate

This card often appears when people don't know where to turn, and can indicate someone who is at rock bottom. A positive thing that can be said about this card is that as soon as you stop reacting emotionally to whatever situation you find yourself in and start applying cold hard logic, things should become easier. The card encourages us to stop wallowing, to see the situation for what it truly is, and move onwards and upwards. If something like counselling could help, do think about that. The suit of swords is all to do with communication, thoughts, logic, talking things through, mediation. It can also occasionally refer to an operation, or a stay in hospital.
