Guardian Angels

I really believe due to many experiences that I have had that I do have a guardian angel. I don't particularly have religious beliefs though. I was brought up Catholic but struggle with the idea of god. Angels are in the bible. So I'm confused!!

Has anyone got any recommendations of things that I can read/online forums or anything at all really where I can discover more about Angels?

I do like to think they have wings and all! But perhaps that's been heavily influenced by art, imagery and the bible. Good thinking point though!

The description of angels in the bible is quite terrifying. If you google you'll find some artistic impressions.Beautiful beings with wings they are not!

I'm fairly certain that I don't have a guardian Angel, but I would be interested in acquiring one. Could definitely do with a guiding hand / cosmic interference because I've made more poor choices than I can count.

However, I believe such beings can assume any form they like to appear pleasing to humans and not scare us. The multi eyed horror may choose to appear to you as a beautiful human with wings. Underneath of course it would still be a multi eyed horror!

So interesting. Where do you believe they come from?

I’ve read a book on them and even a newspaper article too. I can’t say I’ve been affected by them personally but you never know.

One really interesting story involved a young woman as a guardian angel, who helped a woman open a locked car door, another was a sad case of someone writhing suicide notes but then due to s guardian Angel not doing it. There was also an interesting article about a guardian angel on a train late who “protected” the writer from harm. But I can’t say yes for sure for me.
