Would anyone mind helping me interpret this reading?

Booked an Etsy reading. She said “here’s your cards. Please use google to interpret” it took her 2 weeks to actually do the reading. I stupidly paid for 2 of them. They’re both about the same thing. I’m not entirely sure what to take from them.

I get that image one talks of a relationship with a man who’s got a stable career maybe. And I or he has to choose between two things

second one shows a younger man able to financially match me maybe. 10 of pentacles. Pretty sure it’s not a great card.

anyone who can help?

I’d be asking for my money back if she told you to interpret them yourself!

Sorry op but you've been conned there

pictoosh · 14/02/2024 14:33

Heh...google yourself a reading. That's very cheeky. How much did you pay this person?

ShennyInfinity · 14/02/2024 14:35

There is a lot more to Tarot cards than googling Tarot card meanings, your current life/situation comes into play. As far as the Etsy reading, I hope you didn't pay much for this? And, don't go back, she's clawing in money for nothing! Go to a reputable Tarot reader if you want a Tarot reading for a particular reason.

10 of pentacles is abundance & satisfaction - but without knowing the context of the card layout it's difficult to say where that would actually be applied.

TemplesofDelight · 14/02/2024 14:35

Seriously. You paid someone to send you some photos of Tarot cards and tell you to use Google to interpret them? And you still take her seriously enough to try to get people on the internet to tell you the 'meaning' of the 'reading'?

OP, in the nicest possible way, cop on to yourself.

Yes but that was what OP wanted. It's not like this tarot reading is less effective than any other.

shes sent me an interpretation since as I asked her to send the money back. It was like a video clip that she said didn’t come through. I watched it and I’m just interested to understand other interpretations. I don’t know how I’m getting bashed for that.

It lacks context without knowing what particular card layout the reader used. The placement will affect the interpretation. That "abundance and sufficiency" could be in many areas but without the information on the setup, you can pick any one and probably be just as right.

I think a 7 card progression I assume? Loosely what would you say you get from it if you don’t mind me asking.

OP posts:
gwenneh · 14/02/2024 14:44

I wouldn't assume and it's not laid out in any 7-card order that I'm familiar with, and the draw order/influence pattern is unclear.

Elphame · 14/02/2024 19:16

Report it to etsy as not what was purchased and you should get a refund.

CurlewKate · 14/02/2024 19:21

I was going to say this was worse than the usual paranormal fraud. But actually- she's happily telling you it's bullshit- so in a way more honest than most!
