My toddler's psychic

My toddler's psychic... OK I know he's not really but here are some weird coincidences that I can think of.

Going for a big walk down some country lanes and every so often we would have to stand to the side for a car to past. DS said 'a bike's coming' and a couple of minutes later along comes the first bike we've come across.

I was looking for something to cast to the TV on my phone, he said 'I want big boys', I click on 4od and the top program advertised was Big Boys.

The one the freaks me out the most, last two times I've been pregnant he's said something about me having a baby. This time he pointed to my stomach and said 'you have a baby in your belly'. We've not said anything about babies to make sure he doesn't tell people before we are ready. He's also said he's got a brother, so have to see if that prediction is correct in a few months time!

I love this. My 4 year old says some interesting stuff like it sometimes, both about things in the past that he shouldn't really know and things in the future. So although there could be a rational explanation, I can believe there's the possibility of a psysic child.

My approach is to question a lot of what he comes out with, asking for more details but being careful not to feed him information. I'm aware that a lot of kids grow out of it and forget by 5 years, and I've told him this. But he promises me he never forgets the things he says. We'll wait and see 😂

If you search here, there are a few stories where kids do this. Some spooky, some not. DNephew did this once when walking through a graveyard next to the playground which is near where his grandparents live (IL's), he was about 3. Said he saw kids there. I never knew if he was just saying it to be a little git or whether it was true...

Friend's DS a few years back in their Victorian house, again, about 2 or 3 often told friend about seeing a woman in his bedroom. She's the most un-woo person imaginable.

My DB in family home where we shared a bedroom - he'd say about seeing orbs. But, he was also on very strong asthma medication which gave him hallucinations.

Most kids grow out of this.

Haha baby is a girl!! Thank you for checking. So that one was wrong. Hopefully he is also incorrect about the person walking up the stairs of our new house that he apparently saw today 😳🤣
