This might seem quite a strange thing, but I've lost a pair of boots. They're beautiful black knee high boots that my mum bought me a few years ago. I've just realised I haven't seen them since I moved house (18months ago!).
I wouldn't have thrown them out, but I'm so confused, theyre not anywhere. Money is tight and I really need a good pair for the winter.

Can anyone help or give me ideas of where to find them?
Thank you

They say ask St Anthony but when I lost a favourite silver Tiffany ring recently, I did this and nope, no help whatsoever! I think the ring has rolled under/behind something in my bedroom that I can’t move easily though so that’s where it is until I get help losing it. It’s irritating though as I took the ring and earrings off after a meeting online and put them on the bedside cabinet or on top of the duvet of the bed, at least I thought I did, found the earrings but forgot about or lost the ring.

You say you moved house, are you sure you brought these boots with you? Are they in a bag or storage in the new house where you haven’t looked? Did you give anything to eg charity shop and the boots got given by mistake? I sometimes shove things like boots into wardrobe or on top of it or in under bed storage.

St Anthony always works for me, that and carefully retracing my steps.

In a suitcase in the loft
car boot
in a box under the bed
stuffed in a bag and put behind where you keep the hoover
in a bin bag in the shed
packed under some of your partner’s/kid’s stuff

Good luck! 🍀

Another one for St. Anthony's prayer! I'd lost a purse with around £200 in for around six years. I knew it was in the house and upstairs and had taken the bedrooms apart for hours on various occasions with no luck. One night the subject of lost objects came up here, and several posters mentioned reciting the prayer of St Anthony.

I thought it was bollocks but did it anyway, and in 5 mins had a mental image that the purse had fallen behind a piece of furniture. I found it almost immediately, behind the wardrobe. Scientifically, I think the prayer worked because it allowed my mind to focus in a relaxed way!

Hope you find your boots

Tie a knot and then search again. Your mind will take you to where they will be. The knot can be tied anywhere. Good luck!
