Has Anyone Here Ever Been to a Supernatural Healer?

I'm aware that there's a very small number of exceptionally gifted people in this world who have the ability to function as channels for healing energy - either deploying the power themselves (person to person or via remote healing) or letting so-called 'spirit doctors' work through them. The late Betty Shine was for several decades the best-known such person in Britain, but Doris Collins was likewise capable and in North Yorkshire there's still Ray Brown, whom I've consulted myself on several occasions with positive results, though nowadays he's ageing and suffering from cancer. (You'll find no negative feedback about him anywhere, in spite of his many years as a healer. If his website makes you doubt his credibility, read his biography and then see what you think.)

What I'm wondering is whether there are any other such healers out there - people whose healing is a sort of powerful mediumship, not reiki healers/chakra realigners etc. They tend to keep a low profile and generally it's only by word of mouth that clients get to hear about them, so it's extremely hard to discover their existence, their locations and their contact details. Does anyone here know of such a person in their neck of the woods? Has any of you actually consulted a 'healing medium' of this sort - and with what results?

NB: I'm not talking about spiritual healing sessions at Spiritualist churches. I'm talking about that tiny handful of people endowed with the rare gift of being able to deliver powerful healing in a way which completely baffles medical reasoning.

Thanks for reading this. I'd really appreciate it if people would control themselves from responding with posts like 'You must be a complete idiot if you believe that such things exist' or 'Anyone who calls themselves a healer is quite obviously a fraud' or 'It's obviously your brain that needs healing' etc. The need for healing is a serious topic, so if you're a troll and you feel a trolling outburst coming on, please unleash it on another website. Ta.

I'm sure I read this word for word a few weeks ago?

You did indeed, comrade. But it attracted flak instead of constructive responses, which effectively killed it off before anyone had the balls to admit to having consulting a supernatural healer, so after a discussion with a moderator I've reposted it under The Unexplained instead of in the Health forum. No flak so far, which is encouraging. Now maybe if I wait long enough, a few ladies will step forward and spill the beans about their own personal experiences, positive or negative. 🙂 I'll probably be dead by then though. 😉

I think spiritual healing can take many forms really, whether it’s reiki, spiritualist church or a trip to Lourdes. It’s all working with the same universal energy, consciousness.
So I’m not sure what you mean specifically by supernatural healer, someone that doesn’t align themselves with any particular spiritual practise ?

Do you mean Shamanic healing?

You'd be far better visiting a doctor or a therapist because these frauds 100% can't do what they or you claim. Happy to help. Thanks.
